Nice chair, comfortable.

Chair broke after 9 months the base just snapped. I am 210 lbs not small but far from a huge guy. When I tired to call the number on the web page to report this to them at 1030 am central time in a Tuesday. (909) 327 3446. It went straight to an automated message after 1 ring saying the message box is full good bye. So I am left emailing them and hoping they get back with me. After spending 200 bucks this is completely unacceptable doubly so that “full message box goodbye” when calling makes this company feel like a poorly run scam.
Save your money and get a different brand
An update I just noticed on the website the chair that I bough now comes with a metal base. Which mean they sold me a chair that had a design defectso bad then had to change it to keep selling them…. This company is a joke. 200 dollars for a defective chair And no support for when it enviably broke.

my chair came with a missing part and the communication with the service center was subpar at best. the chair did come in a quick amount of time, however i had to wait over a week to get the missing part. the chair seems to be great quality. i would recommend purchasing this chair, but my experience had many flaws leaving me to rate it a 2 star.

The shipping was really fast! I appreciated the detail in the instructions because they were really easy to follow. The chair is super comfortable and I'm very happy with it.

Arrived much faster than expected. The chair is sturdy, comfortable and made with good quality materials. Easy to assemble, took me less than half an hour. Highly reccomend.

Its a good solid chair. Not the best chair Ive ever sat in but that best chair cost 800$. For the $150 I paid I am happy.

Honestly. Even though I am below the weight limit for this chair. I was surprised to find that the back piece is to narrows for me. I'm a fairly stalky built person. But I didn't think this chair would be too small. Other than that it is a nice looking chair. With a fairly good build. What you would expect at the price. Just the back piece is too narrow for a stalky person like myself. Which is unfortunate.

Hello, everyone! I ordered one of the blue chairs. I would give it a 5 star. The reason why it's a 4 star is because for a large man like myself. It's a bit harsh on the outside of both my right and left leg. My thighs as some would put it. It's extemely comfortable and you can sit for hours and it holds up to 300 pounds. Which I am around 290. So it holds up pretty good. Like I said though I feel like the outer edges of the chair press up to much against my legs which is a bit uncomfortable. Also another thing that bugs me is that the arms can adjust up and down. However, they can not adjust inwards and outwards unless unscrewed with allen wrench. Re adjusted and put back into place. This my review and I hope it helps you.

I bought this chair as a birthday gift and specifically requested the purple chair. The chair that arrived was green. My daughter didn’t want to wait for a return and new one so she took the green one. But you need to get your labeling correct. The label said green and purple on the same box.

It's been almost two weeks and still no chair

Delivery was very quick. Quality of the chair is good and it's very comfortable. Maybe you could have your products made in the USA and create jobs here.
